Naaktgeboren Scores 4 in 6-1 Win over Towson

One shy of the single-game school record, it's the most goals for a Wildcat since 2018, when Leigha Nortier scored three against LIU-Brooklyn.
Naaktgeboren struck early and often, leading the Wildcats (1-1) to their first win of the year and the most goals they've scored since netting seven against Queens in 2023.
"I think today was really a team effort — from Liv Goeke's defensive save to great saves by both goalkeeepers to finishing the opportunities on the front end — I thought we showcased some pretty solid hockey," said coach Zoe Almquist. "It was really great to see the girls play together and have so much fun out there."
Naaktgeboren scored an unassisted goal 2:35 into the game and then less than two minutes later off an assist from Lourdes Wolf, as the Wildcats held a 2-1 edge at the half.
After Wolf scored in the third quarter, Naaktgeboren secured a hat trick with a goal off assists from Eva van der Kooi and Celie Constantine. In the fourth, van der Kooi again assisted on a fourth Naaktgeboren goal, this time with 11:27 left.
Ava Mickel's goal with 6:46 left finalized the scoring on a day Davidson held an 11-4 advantage in penalty corners.
Naaktgeboren had previously scored two goals in games against Lock Haven (2024) and La Salle (2023).
