Whitworth Leads the 'Cats at Adidas XC Challenge

DAVIDSON, N.C. - Frances Whitworth lead the 'Cats at the Adidas XC Challenge on Friday evening in Raleigh, N.C. and set a new personal record with her time of 18:09.8.
The Wildcats finished third overall at the meet as all 11 Wildcats finished in the Top-40. Natalie Abernathy crossed the finish line just a few spots behind Whitworth at 18:37.5. Behind her was teammate Alexis McDonnell in 18:50.6 before four 'Cats finished in a row - Anne Berquist, Molly Sullivan, Tate Arrington and Kelsey Troutman.
