2022 (Junior):
Set new personal-bests in the 2k, 4k, and 5k... Ran a career-best 13:54.4 in the 4k at the Spider Alumni Open (9/3)... Finished the 2k in 7:04.2 at the adidas XC Challenge (9/16)... Set a new best in the 5k at the Louisville Classic (10/1) by stopping the clock in 17:54.8... Finished in the top-15 at the Spider Alumni Open (15th), and the Royals XC Challenge (14th)... Earned a top-20 finish at the Atlantic 10 Championships (10/29) with a time of 17:55.1.
2021 (Sophomore):
Competed at the Royals XC Challenge (10/8), Atlantic 10 Championships (10/30), and the Southeast Region Championships (11/12)... Finished the 5K in 18:15.4 at the Royals XC Challenge... Set a PR in the 6K at the regional championship after crssong the finish line in 23.28.8.
2020 (Freshman):
Earned All-Rookie Team honors at the Atlantic 10 Championship with a 24th place result (Mar. 5) … Led the team with a top-10 finish at the Richmond Winter XC Invite (Feb. 5).
Prep Years: Competed for coach Michael Riley as a member of the cross country/track and field teams at Mount Tabor High School ... Was a three-time All-State runner (2017-19) ... Was four-times All-Region and Team MVP (2016-19) ... Snapped the tape at the Conference Championship for three consecutive years, earning Conference Runner of the Year laurels (2017-19) ... Helped lead her team to three straight Conference crowns (2017-19) ... Was also a member of the track and field and swim teams.
