Nasse and Sullivan Lead Women at 2024 A-10 Cross Country Championships

MECHANICSVILLE, Va. – Abigail Nasse and Molly Sullivan shattered their previous personal records to lead the Davidson women's cross country team at the 2024 Atlantic 10 Championships Saturday at Pole Green Park.
Hosted by the University of Richmond, the women competed in a 6K race for just the second time in 36 league championships.
A senior from Alexandria, Va., Nasse finished in 21:22.7 bettering her previous best by 30 seconds to place 23rd out of 137 runners.
Sullivan also turned in another impressive showing for the Wildcats finishing in 21:38.4, topping her prior PR by 21 ticks.
Ranked as high as 14th in the Southeast Regional Ranking earlier this season, Davidson's Abby Smith (22:22.4), Clara Schad (22:44.9) and Elise Boyse (23:04.5) also turned in career-best times.
The Wildcats finished the 15-team event in 10th place.

Davidson will take part in the NCAA Southeast Regional hosted by Winthrop in two weeks.
