2008: Named the team’s Most Valuable Player… one of four Wildcats to start all 50 games… made 29 starts at shortstop and 21 at second base… recorded 17 multiple-hit games… had seven contests with seven multiple RBIs… had a nine-game hitting streak… set a school record with 47 walks… his .467 on-base percentage led the team and 28 RBIs were the fourth highest total… went 3-for-5 with four RBIs and a triple at Western Carolina (4/5); went 7-for-14 with seven RBIs in the series… was 3-for-4 with a double and an RBI against Georgia Southern (4/20)… collected five hits in 11 at-bats in the series vs. Elon… went 2-for-4, drew three walks and scored two runs in the SoCon Tourney against Western Carolina (5/20).
