2022-23 (Senior):
Outdoor
Second Team All-Conference in the 4x800 relay... Won the silver medal as the anchor leg of Davidson's 4x800 relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/7)... Helped the Wildcats run the third-fastest all-time mark in the 4x800 relay... Took first place in the 800m at the Southside Power & Fitness Invitational (4/16) with a time of 2:16.53... Ran a season-best time of 2:13.93 in the 800 at the A-10 Championships (5/6)... Recorded a time of 2:16.05 at the Duke Invitational (4/8) and a 2:16.07 at the USC Outdoor Open (4/22) which was good for 11th.
Indoor
Won the 1000M at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12/4) with a time of 2:57.86... Set a new PR in the 1000M at the Terrier Classic (1/28) by stopping the clock at 2:51.57... Finished seventh in at the A-10 Championships in the 1000M.
2021-22 (Junior):
Outdoor
Finished within the top-10 in nine of ten individual races during the outdoor season led by a first-place performance in the 800M at the Aggie Invitational (4/9)... Ran a personal-record time of 2:12.64... Earned another first-place finish the following week at the Gamecock Invitational... Clocked a time of 4:40.14 in the 1500M to earn first place... Anchored Davidson's 4x800 relay team to a second-place finish at the A-10 Championships (5/8)

Opened the indoor season with a first place finish in the mile at the Winston-Salem College Kick-Off (12/5) by posting a time of 5:10.35... Followed that up with a PR and second-place finish in the 3,000M at the JDL Flat is Fast Invitational (1/23) after crossing the finish line in 10:17.13... Took fourth place in the 1000M at the Camel City Invitational (2/5)... Ran a sub-five-minute mile at 4:58.82, a new PR, at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/12)... Placed fifth with a season-best time of 4:38.04 in the 1500m run at the Charlotte Invitational (4/24) … Took 11th at the A-10 Championship in the 1500m in 4:44.49 (5/2) … Stopped the clock at 4:42.74 at the USC Open (4/17) … Went 4:44.29 at the Mason Spring Invitational (4/11) … Was seventh in the 1500m at the 49er Classic (3/20) … Also competed in the 1500m at the Vertklasse Meeting (4/2) … Atlantic 10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
