DAVIDSON, N.C. – An early second-half goal by UNCG spoiled Davidson's Senior Night as the Wildcats dropped a 2-1 decision Friday night in women's soccer at Alumni Stadium.
The Wildcats fell to 2-5 on the season, while UNCG moved to 5-1-1. The game winner came seven minutes into the second half and the 'Cats were never able to counter.

•This was the 30th meeting all-time, and first since 2013, between both school's women's soccer program's.
•UNCG now holds a 24-5-1 lead in the series, having won the past five games.
•Davidson's program is beginning its 30th year of women's soccer and has 250 wins all-time.
•Prior to the game, the Wildcats honored their seven seniors Kendall Thomas, Natalie Connell, Mia Hodges, Alexa Landsberger, Perry Zollicoffer, Shannon Ballard and Megan Goodling.
