-- The 2016-17 season marks the 109th in the history of Davidson men's basketball.
-- The Wildcats, who were picked fourth in the Atlantic 10 Preseason Poll, return four starters from last year's team that finished 20-13 overall, 10-8 in the Atlantic 10 and advanced to the Postseason NIT.
-- Head Coach Bob McKillop is in his 28th season at the helm.
-- The 10-time Conference Coach of the Year has won more games in Davidson and league history than any other coach.
-- Entering the 2016-17 campaign, his victory total ranks 24th on the NCAA's list of Division I winningest active coaches.
-- McKillop also ranks sixth among active coaches on the NCAA's list of most seasons with their current school.
-- Davidson is led by two-time all-conference performer Jack Gibbs, who ranked sixth nationally in scoring a year ago, averaging 23.7 points per game.
