2015: Served as one of the team captains… Started all 18 games in the midfield… Netted three goals, including the game-winner in Davidson’s 2-1 season-opening win over Campbell (8/28)… Also scored against George Washington (10/3) and St. Bonaventure (10/14)… Finished second on the team with 29 shots. Second on the team in minutes played, logging 1645.

2014: Appeared in all 18 games in the midfield for the Wildcats, starting all but one… Tied Maxi Pragnell for the team lead in assists with four… Tied for 10th in the A-10 in assists and assists per game… Recorded six shots (five on goal) and assisted on the game-winning goal against Liberty (9/20)… Scored a penalty kick goal against Duke (10/14)… Doubled his shots on goal tally (12) from the previous season.

2013: Named to the SoCon All-Academic Team... Tied for the team lead in games played (19) and starts (17), while logging a team-best 1562 minutes… Recorded a personal best 19 shots from his midfield position… Tallied his first career assist on Valeriy Sviderskiy’s golden-goal against Appalachian State (11/1).

2012: Made his collegiate debut against Wright State… appeared in 12 matches, including eight starts.
 
Before Davidson: Played for two seasons at Washington Lee H.S. … played for RFC ’93 for four years, serving as team captain for three … team claimed U-18 Virginia State Cup Championship … also played golf and ran indoor track … four-year honor student … AP Scholar.
 
Personal: Served as a Data/Stats Intern for the Charlotte Bobcats of the NBA... Played with DC United's U23/NPSL team in summer of 2014... Son of Ed and Ruth Macnamara…has two sisters, Ellen and Caitlin…one brother, Greg, a 2012 graduate from the Davidson soccer team … major is math.
