Coach Stuck Says
"This weekend, we are looking for a much-improved result from last year. Our team looks very different than a couple years ago, and we have a few upperclassmen showing the younger athletes the way. But this will be the first big test for the younger runners."
"We are confident in their ability and training. The only step left is to go out and perform. Richmond's course is manageable and sets up well for our team. It will be exciting to see the different tactics put into play this weekend."
Coach Allden Says
"The team is coming off two strong performances in regards to team competitiveness and PR-level times. We look forward to having John Cooper back in the lineup after missing the last two meets due to illness. He gives us a strong one-two combo with the emergence of Graham Breiter, who has been our number one in the last two meets."
"Freshman Alex Thole has come into his own over the past two meets, knocking at the door of 25:00, and we look for him to be one of the better young runners in the conference."
