Breiter Leads Charge at A-10 Championships

MECHANICSVILLE, Va. - The Davidson men's cross country team was led by senior Grahm Breiter at the 2024 Atlantic 10 Men's Cross Country Championships in Mechanicsville, Va. on Saturday morning.Â
Breiter, a California native, finished the 8K race in 25:04.6 to lead the charge for the 'Cats. His time was good for 41st out of 137 runners.Â
Davidson's next top finisher was junior Ryan Harris who finished with a time of 25:48.1, followed by freshman Alex Thole who crossed the line in 25:55.0.Â
Fellow freshman John Cooper, who returned after missing two events this fall, was right behind Thole with a mark of 25:56.4.Â
Rounding out Davidson's top five was Daniel Cortese who finished the course in 25:56.8.Â
The Wildcats finished 13th overall as a team.Â

The men's team will run at the NCAA Southeast Regional hosted by Winthrop in two weeks.Â
