DAVIDSON, N.C. — Davidson begins a two-game homestand this Saturday when it hosts St. Bonaventure in Atlantic 10 women's basketball action in John M. Belk Arena at 12 p.m. Saturday's game will also be the Wildcats' annual Play4Kay game.

The Wildcats (13-9, 7-2 A-10) sit in a tie for second place in the league standings with Dayton and are looking to regroup after a tough defeat at Saint Joseph's this past Wednesday.

The Bonnies enter Saturday's game with a 7-15 overall mark and has won three of its past four league games to sit at 4-5.

Play4Kay Game
Saturday's game marks Davidson 10th annual Play4Kay game. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game Saturday, as proceeds from the event will benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.

In addition, Davidson athletics is hosting a National Girls & Women in Sports Day clinic Saturday for those who registered. It is FREE for all girls ages K-8th grade.

•Davidson is in its 40th season and has collected 446 wins in program history.
•The 'Cats are in their fifth year in the Atlantic 10 after a 21-year run in the SoCon.
•Davidson was picked 11th in the A-10 preseason poll, while Justine Lyon was all-second team.
•10 letterwinners return and three starters from a year ago, while three freshmen were added.
•Head coach Gayle Coats Fulks is in her second year (25-27) and has a 1-0 record vs. the Bonnies.

Last Game Out at Saint Joseph's, Feb. 6 ...
•Despite putting at least three players in double figures for the 19th time this year, Davidson was unable to overcome an offensive drought in the fourth quarter, falling to Saint Joseph's.
•The 'Cats had their three-game overall win streak halted, while seeing their A-10 program-best five-game road win streak dating back to the end of last season snapped as well as a four-game overall road win streak.
•Davidson held a 48-39 lead heading into the fourth quarter, but was outscored 27-6 after hitting just 2-of-19 shots, including 1-of-12 from three-land in the quarter.
•Sarah Donovan had 18 points and nine rebounds, while Katie Turner and Justine Lyon scored 11 and 10 points, respectively.
•A 14-3 run in the second quarter helped the 'Cats take a 32-21 lead at the break.

•Sarah Donovan (Jan. 14) and Justine Lyon (Dec. 17) have each been named A-10 Players of the Week, while Cassidy Gould (Dec. 17) has earned Rookie of the Week once.
•Davidson ranks among the top-5 in the A-10: points, free throw percentages, 3-pointers made, rebounds & assists, topping the league in three categories (points, free throws and assists).
•Justine Lyon (9th, 13.1 ppg) and Sarah Donovan (10th, 13.1) rank in the top-10 in scoring, while Donovan is tied for first in rebounding (8.7).
•Katie Turner is tops in assists (4.7) and assist-to-turnover ratio (2.6), while Kianna Speight leads the A-10 in 3-pointers made per game (2.6) and is fourth in percentage (.370).

Wildcat All-Time Record Watch ...
•Justine Lyon became the 20th player in program history to reach 1,000 points last year and currently sits in 8th place all-time with 1,301. The senior also ranks in the top-15 in: field goals made (10th, 479), free throws made (8th, 266) / attempted (8th, 379) and three-pointers (13th, 87).
•Kianna Speight has 123 career three-pointers for ninth-most all-time, while Katie Turner sits behind her with 118 career three-pointers (11th).

•Davidson's 13 wins this year are the most since collecting 16 during the 2013-14 campaign.
•The Wildcats are off to their best start in A-10 play since joining the league in 2014-15.
•Sarah Donovan has eight double-doubles this season to give her 11 on her career list.
•She is averaging 14 points, nine rebounds and shooting 52.3 percent in league games.

Scouting the Bonnies ...
•St. Bonaventure has won three of its past four A-10 games, downing UMass (64-63), Rhode Island (84-68) and George Mason (63-55).
•The lone setback in that stretch was its last game vs. VCU this past Wednesday, a 59-50 defeat.
•The Bonnies are 4-7 on the road this year.
•Three players average in double figures, led by McKenna Maycock at 11.9 per game.
•She was named the A-10 Player of the Week last week after averaging 21.5 points in wins vs. Mason and Rhode Island.
•SBU is coming off an 8-22 season a year ago and 3-13 in the A-10.
•It was picked to finish 12th in the league standings, just behind Davidson.

A Look Ahead ...
Davidson stays at home and will host Fordham next Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. It is the second matchup with the Rams, as the Wildcats scored a 60-56 win in the first meeting this year.
