WILDCAT SCRATCHES
• Davidson enters the 2019 Orlando Invitational 2-3 overall following an 82-70 setback to Wake Forest Friday at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte.
• The Wildcats are in the midst of playing nine out of 10 away from home.
• Through five games, junior Kellan Grady leads four Davidson players averaging double figures at 16.8 points per game.
• The preseason all-conference selection is averaging 19.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.0 steals over his last three games.
 
NO STRANGER TO HP FIELD HOUSE
• Davidson is 4-2 all-time at HP Field House.
• In the 2012 Old Spice Classic, the Wildcats fell to then-No. 17 Gonzaga in the Championship game after advancing with wins over Vanderbilt and West Virginia.
• Four years later, Davidson took part in the 2016 Tire Pros Invitational, which was moved from San Juan, Puerto Rico due to the Zika Virus.
• The Wildcats fell to Clemson in the opening round before defeating Missouri and Arizona State.

• Following its appearance in the Orlando Invitational, Davidson will play at Northeastern on Saturday, Dec. 7 in Boston, Mass.
 
LAST TIME VS. MARQUETTE
• Marquette's Vander Blue hit a layup with one second remaining to lift the third-seeded Golden Eagles over upset-minded Davidson, 59-58, in the second round of the 2013 NCAA Tournament on March 21, 2013 at Rupp Arena.
• Trailing 53-46, Marquette outscored the Wildcats 13-5 over the final one minute and 36 seconds to halt the nation's longest winning streak at 17.
• Davidson, which entered its 12th NCAA Tournament as the nation's top free-throw shooting team, went just 14-of-22 (.636) from the charity stripe.
