Wildcat Scratches
• Winners of three straight and six of seven, Davidson will begin its final road swing of 2017-18 with a noon tip at Duquesne Saturday.
• Tied for second in the Atlantic 10 standings, the Wildcats enter 16-10 overall and 11-4 in league play following a 76-52 victory over Fordham.
• In addition to Peyton Aldridge becoming the fifth player in school history to score 2,000 career points (See Page 2), Kellan Grady added a game-high 28, while Davidson shot 68.9 percent Wednesday.
• Named A-10 Player of the Week for the fourth time this season on Monday, Aldridge has reached double figures in 35 straight dating back to last season.
• Aldridge, who has recorded three consecutive double-doubles, continues to lead Davidson in scoring (20.7) and rebounding (7.4).
• He ranks among league leaders in scoring (3rd), rebounding (6th), field-goal percentage (14th/.477), free-throw percentage (6th/.853), 3-pointers per game (13th/2.0), defensive rebounds (6th/5.9) and minutes played (2nd/36.9).
• Backcourt mates Grady and Jon Axel Gudmundsson are also averaging double figures for the Wildcats at 16.7 and 13.7 points per game, respectively.
• Grady, a four-time A-10 Rookie of the Week selection, is the Wildcats' top-scoring freshman since Stephen Curry averaged 21.5 points in 2006-07.
• The trio of Aldridge, Grady and Gudmundsson, account for 67.0 percent of Davidson's offense, while combining for 159 of the Wildcats' 277 treys and 26 outings of 20 points or more.
• Head Coach Bob McKillop is just one win from becoming the 72nd coach in NCAA Division I history with 550 coaching victories.
• Davidson is shooting 52.8 percent and holding opponents to just 40.0 percent/59.2 points in A-10 victories, while outscoring the opposition by 19.5 per game.
