Wildcat Scratches
• Winners of two straight in league play, Davidson returns home to Belk Arena Wednesday for a 7 p.m. tip with George Washington.
• The Wildcats enter 7-7 overall and 2-1 in the Atlantic 10 following an 86-59 win at George Mason Sunday.
• In addition to shooting 55.6 percent and drilling 11 3-pointers, Davidson placed four players in double figures, including a game-high 24 from Jon Axel Gudmundsson.
• He was joined in double digits by Peyton Aldridge (17) KiShawn Pritchett (15) and Kellan Grady (15).
• On Monday, Aldridge was named A-10 Player of the Week for the sixth time in his career.
• Aldridge continues to lead the team in scoring (20.8 ppg) and rebounding (6.9).
• Backcourt mates Grady and Gudmundsson are also averaging double figures for the Wildcats at 15.6 and 14.4 points per game, respectively.
• The trio accounts for 66.4 percent of Davidson's offense, while combining for 87 of the Wildcats' 152 treys.
• Davidson leads the country in assist-turnover ratio (1.84), while also ranking among national leaders in 3-pointers per game (16th/10.9) and assists per game (22nd/17.6).
• Davidson competed in the Southern Conference for 74 years before joining the A-10 in July of 2014.
