-- The Road to March driven by Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet continues Thursday as Davidson takes on La Salle in the Atlantic 10 Tournament for the third consecutive season.
-- The ninth-seeded Wildcats enter 15-14 overall and finished conference play 8-10.
-- Davidson, which captured the A-10 regular season title in 2015, is a combined 32-22 against league competition in just three seasons.
-- On Tuesday, senior Jack Gibbs (first team) and junior Peyton Aldridge (second team) were named all-conference.
-- Gibbs and Aldridge are the second highest scoring duo in the nation and have combined for 36 20-point outings and eight 30-point efforts this season.
-- Gibbs and Aldridge rank first and third in the A-10, averaging 22.0 and 20.6 points per game, respectively.
-- Gibbs is looking to become the first player to lead the league in scoring in back-to-back seasons since Temple's Dionte Christmas (2006-09).
-- Gibbs, who is just three rebounds shy of becoming the first player in school history with 1,500 points, 400 rebounds and 400 assists, is fourth (65 out of 3rd) on Davidson's all-time scoring list with 1,967 career points.
-- In addition, Gibbs is just 33 points away from becoming the fourth player (Curry, Gerdy, Hetzel) in school history with 2,000 career points.
-- Aldridge ranks among league leaders in scoring (20.6/3rd), rebounding (8.1/4th), free-throw percentage (.837/6th), 3-point field-goal percentage (.419/4th), 3-pointers per game (2.2/7th) and minutes per game (36.6/4th).
-- In 10 of the 14 setbacks this season, including eight times in Atlantic 10 play, Davidson has held a second-half lead (See page 2 of notes).
-- The Wildcats are 11-1 when holding opponents under 40 percent from the floor.
