-- Coming off wins over Missouri and Arizona State at the Tire Pros Invitational, Davidson returns home Saturday for a 4 p.m. tip against Charlotte in the annual Battle for the Hornets' Nest Trophy.
-- Jack Gibbs and Peyton Aldridge, both preseason all-conference selections, lead Davidson in scoring at 23.7 and 21.5 points per game, respectively.
-- Aldridge, who has hit the 20-point plateau three times this season, paces the team in rebounding (8.3).
-- Gibbs, the reigning A-10 Player of the Week, was named to the Tire Pros Invitational All-Tournament Team after tying the event's three-game scoring record with 71 points.
