• Davidson will conclude its longest homestand (4 games) of the season with a 2 p.m. tip against Denison on Saturday.
• Coming off a 77-71 win over Mercer on Monday, the Wildcats enter 3-0 for the first time since the 1995-96 season.

• Peyton Aldridge scored 23 points and Jordan Barham recorded a double-double (19 pts, 11 rebs) to lead Davidson past Mercer, 77-71, in non-conference men's basketball action Monday night at Belk Arena.
• Oskar Michelsen added 17 points, including five of Davidson's nine 3-pointers, while Brian Sullivan had 12 points to go along with a career-high 9 assists in 40 minutes.
• The Wildcats shot just 37.1 percent overall, but connected on 22-of-28 from the charity stripe. Davidson also turned 14 Mercer (3-1) miscues into 26 points at the other end.
• The Wildcats opened the second half on a 14-5 run and stretched their lead to as many as 16, 55-39, with 12:49 to play.
• After a Jordan Strawberry trey with 1:03 left capped a 16-5 Mercer streak to cut the deficit to 69-67, the Wildcats got four straight from Nathan Ekwu to put the game out of reach.

• Now in his 27th season at the helm, head coach Bob McKillop is just one win away from his 500th career triumph. In Davidson's victory at UCF on Nov. 26, McKillop picked up win No. 475.
• On Feb. 21, 2015, McKillop won his 300th conference game.
• Against George Mason on Feb. 11, 2015, Brian Sullivan became the third transfer and 47th player in a Davidson uniform to hit the 1,000-point milestone. Sullivan scored 308 points at Miami (Ohio) and has recorded 875 in 68 games as a Wildcat.
