• Davidson will continue its four-game homestand Monday with a 7 p.m. tip against Mercer.
• The Wildcats enter 2-0 following an 82-81 victory over College of Charleston on Saturday.

• In a game that featured 19 lead changes and 11 ties, Davidson's Peyton Aldridge hit a pair free throws with 4.1 seconds left to lift the Wildcats over College of Charleston, 82-81, on Saturday at Belk Arena.
• Aldridge paced four Davidson players in double figures with 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting. Fellow tri-captains Jack Gibbs and Brian Sullivan scored 18 and 16, respectively, while Jordan Barham added 10.
• Down 81-80 with five seconds to go, Aldridge tracked down a missed Sullivan jumper and was fouled on his put back attempt, setting up the game-winning free throws.
• After both teams shot just under 60 percent in the opening half, Davidson finished the game at 49.1 percent (28-57), while the Cougars shot 50.8 percent (32-63).
• Trailing 36-35 with four minutes left in the first half, Davidson went on a 15-6 streak, highlighted by three 3-pointers, including two from Sullivan, to push the margin to 50-42. A Jake Belford offensive rebound putback at the buzzer gave the Wildcats a 52-45 lead at the break.

'Cats to Compete in 2016 Puerto Rico Tip-Off
• On Thursday ESPN Events announced that Davidson will compete in the 2016 Puerto Rico Tip-Off, held in San Juan, Nov. 17, 18 & 20.
• In addition to the Wildcats, next year's eight-team field will also showcase Arizona State, Clemson, Missouri, Northern Iowa, Oklahoma, Tulane and Xavier.
