Wildcat Tidbits
• Davidson will conclude the month of January with a 12 p.m. tip at Saint Joseph's on Saturday.
• Five of the Wildcats' first eight against Atlantic 10 competition have been on the road.
• Coming off a thrilling 80-73 overtime win at George Mason a week ago, Davidson enters 14-4 overall and 5-2 in league play.
• In their last outing, the Wildcats erased a six-point deficit in the final seconds, including a 3-pointer by Brian Sullivan as time expired, to force the extra session.
Oskar Michelsen, who buried a trey with 13 seconds left to start the comeback, paced three Davidson players in double figures with a season-high 20 points. Tyler Kalinoski added 18 points and Sullivan chipped in 17 to go along with five assists.
• Michelsen became the seventh different Wildcat to hit the 20-point plateau in a contest this season.
• Kalinoski, who earned his second A-10 player of the week honor earlier this week, continues to pace five Davidson players in double figures averaging 16.8 points per game.
• He is joined by Jack Gibbs (15.8), Sullivan (10.8), Peyton Aldridge (10.5) and Jordan Barham (10.4).
• Kalinoski ranks among league leaders in scoring (16.8 ppg./5th), rebounding (5.9 rpg./15th), assists (4.0 apg./5th), 3-point field-goal percentage (.430/6th) and 3-pointers made (52/2nd).
• In addition to ranking seventh nationally in scoring offense (81.9 ppg), Davidson is averaging 10.6 3-pointers per game, which is third best in the country.
• The Wildcats also rank among national leaders in assist/turnover ratio (1.70/2nd), assists per game (17.3/8th) and 3-point field-goal percentage (.395/25th).
• See page 4 of game notes for entire list of team/individual statistical rankings.
• Three of Davidson's four losses this season have come against nationally-ranked teams.
• Up next, Davidson returns home for three straight beginning with a 7 p.m. tip against St. Bonaventure Wednesday evening.

Series History
• Davidson and Saint Joseph's will meet for the 13th time on the hardwood, but the first as conference opponents.
• The Hawks lead 7-5 in the all-time series, which dates back to the 1956-57 season.
• Nine of the meetings came between 1963-71, including eight under legendary head coach Lefty Driesell.
• During the 1965-66 campaign, the two teams met during the regular season and again in the NCAA Tournament. Ranked in the Top-5, Saint Joseph's won both meetings that season.
• After 33 years, the two teams renewed the series on Nov. 27, 2004, a 76-61 Saint Joseph's victory in Philadelphia.
• The Wildcats won the last meeting a year later in Davidson, 100-94 (ot), on Nov. 26, 2005.
