• Top-seeded Davidson advanced to its second straight and 19th SoCon Championship game with a 65-62 win over Appalachian State.
• The Wildcats' 16-game winning streak is the longest in the nation.
• The defending champions have strung together 16 straight wins for the fourth time under head coach Bob McKillop.
• McKillop has led Davidson to 25 wins or more in five of the last seven seasons.
• The Wildcats lead the all-time series with College of Charleston 52-14, which includes a 2-1 mark in SoCon Tournament play.
• During the regular season, Davidson defeated the Cougars, 77-68 (1/19/13) at home and 75-59 (2/14/13) in Charleston.
• Davidson has won nine SoCon regular season division titles in the last 12 seasons.
• The 'Cats have posted 20 wins under McKillop 11 times, including seven of the last nine seasons. Davidson has won 20 games in a season 20 times.
• On Tuesday, Jake Cohen was named SoCon Player of the Year by both the league's head coaches and media.
• He becomes the first Wildcat since Stephen Curry to earn the award twice, and fourth in school history.
• Like Cohen, De'Mon Brooks was named first-team all-conference by both the coaches and media, while Nik Cochran was selected to the media's third-team.
• McKillop's peers tabbed him SoCon Coach of the Year for the second straight season and record ninth time during his 24-year tenure.
• During its current winning streak, Davidson is shooting 48.9 percent, outscoring the opposition by 18.4 points per game, while holding teams to just 39.7 percent from the floor and 57.9 points per game.
• As a team, the Wildcats are shooting 80.5 percent (532-661) from the free-throw line, which is tops in the nation.
• Cochran is also the country's top free-throw shooter making 108 of his 115 attempts (.939) this season.
• Davidson's all-time leader in free-throw percentage at 89.5 percent, also ranks ninth in the country in 3-point field-goal percentage, shooting 48.5 percent.
• Cochran had made 31 straight free throws until missing his second attempt in the quarterfinals against Georgia Southern.
• Davidson has led by at least seven points in 28 of its 31 contests this year, including by double figures in 24 of those games.
• The Wildcats have led or been tied at the half in 26 of their 32 contests.
• Davidson is 20-1 this season and 42-5 over the last two when scoring 70 points or more.
• In conference games, Davidson outscored opponents by 17.7 points per game, while holding them to just 38.6 percent from the floor and 56.9 points per outing.
