• Davidson opens a two-game road swing at Chattanooga Wednesday.
• The contest will be in McKenzie Arena, sight of this year's Southern Conference Tournament.
• Seven thousand tickets have already been sold for Wednesday's game.
• Davidson has won 39 straight Southern Conference regular-season games and 47 of its last 48, dating back to Feb. 25, 2006. The league record is 44 by West Virginia from 1956-60.
• Davidson has won 14 of its last 16 contests overall and is coming off a 79-56 home victory over Wofford Saturday.
• The Wildcats own their best record at this point of the season since the 1995-96 campaign, when Davidson won 19 in a row to post a 25-3 mark before falling 69-60 to Western Carolina in the SoCon Championship. The 'Cats lost their last contest that season 100-79 at South Carolina in the NIT.
• Junior guard Stephen Curry needs 266 points to pass John Gerdy and become Davidson's all-time leading scorer.
• Curry, who leads the nation in scoring, is the only player in Division I ranked in the top-10 in points, assists and steals per game.
• Curry has also moved into the top-25 in NCAA?Division I career 3-pointers. He's ranked 21st with 358 and is 21 away from moving into the top-10.
• Head coach Bob McKillop, the SoCon's winningest coach, picked up his 200th career league win with the 'Cats' victory over Wofford last Saturday.
• Chattanooga has won five of its last six contests but is coming off an 86-85 overtime loss at Elon Saturday.
• The Mocs own an all-time record of 320-78 in McKenzie Arena and are 6-1 there this season. They are 19-4 in McKenzie Arena in their last 23 games.
Series History
• Chattanooga leads the all-time series 31-19, but the Wildcats have won the last seven.
• The series began with a 93-87 Chattanooga victory in 1978.
• The Wildcats are 4-12 against Chattanooga in McKenzie Arena and 14-12 against the Mocs under Bob McKillop.
• Stephen Curry scored 41 points and recorded six assists in Davidson's 100-95 victory in the first meeting this season.
• Will Archambault scored 20, and Brendan McKillop added 12.
• Stephen McDowell led the Mocs with 31 points, and Kevin Gofney posted 15 points and six rebounds.
• The Wildcats had to hold off a late charge in the last 2:21 as Chattanooga used a 15-5 run to rally from a 14-point deficit and come within three points.
• McDowell tried a 3-pointer to tie the game, but it would not go, and Davidson corralled the rebound.

• Davidson's home court win streak (26 games) is now the third-longest in Division I after Notre Dame saw its 45-game home winning streak snapped on Saturday night.
• It was the 11th time this season that the Wildcats have held an opponent under 40 percent shooting.
• Davidson hasn't trailed since 2:10 into the game against The Citadel Jan. 10, an active streak of 237:50.
• It was the fourth straight sellout at Belk Arena, and the eighth in the last 10 games.

• Davidson has held its opponents under 40 percent shooting in 11 games this season.
• Stephen Curry has hit the 20-point mark in 63 career games, the 30-point mark in 25 outings and the 40-point plateau five times. He owns the school record for career games with 40 or more and career contests with 30 or more.
• Curry has 10 games with 30 or more points this season, one shy of his own school record, set last season.
• Davidson held Furman to 13 second-half points Jan. 21. The Paladins were held to four points in the first 17:10 of the stanza.
• Davidson set a school record with 25 steals against Guilford Nov. 14. Curry and Max Paulhus Gosselin combined for 17.
• The 'Cats' victory over NC?State Dec. 6 was their first against an ACC?school since defeating North Carolina 58-54 in Chapel Hill Nov. 20, 2001.
• Davidson is now 1-2 all-time in Time Warner Cable Arena with the losses coming to North Carolina and Duke last season and a win against NC?State this season.
BlackOut Belk Arena Set for Feb. 7
• The third annual BlackOut Belk Arena will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, when Davidson hosts Southern Conference rival College of Charleston at 6 p.m. on ESPN2.
• The concept behind BlackOut Belk is to flood Belk Arena with black T-shirts, showing a unified home crowd, and also Davidson's commitment to the community as proceeds from the event are donated to a local charity. This year's charity is HAMMERS, an alliance between the Davidson Housing Coalition and Davidson College that was started in 2003.
• BlackOut Belk t-shirts can be purchased for $15 Monday, Feb. 2, at the men's basketball game against Western Carolina (game time is 7 p.m.). T-shirts can also be purchased at the Baker Sports Complex front desk from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday Feb. 3, through Friday, Feb. 6, while supplies last. Shirts can be purchased via cash, check, Cat Card and credit card.
• This year, a donation will be made to HAMMERS, an organization created to “reduce the immediate threats to life, health, and safety in homes owned and occupied by lower wealth residents of Cornelius, Davidson, Huntersville and Mooresville.” Since its first project in 2005, HAMMERS has successfully completed repairs on more than 80 homes in the North Mecklenburg area.
