• Davidson returns to Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off action as the Wildcats host a pair of doubleheaders in John M. Belk Arena.
• Monday's double dip features James Madison against Loyola (Md.) at 5:45 p.m. with the Wildcats hosting Florida Atlantic at 8 p.m.
• Florida Atlantic will take on James Madison Tuesday at 5:45 p.m., and Davidson hosts Loyola (Md.) in the nightcap.
• Because this is an NIT event, Davidson season tickets and parking passes are NOT valid. Tickets, which are still available, are sold separately for each session, which includes both games for that day, and can be purchased online.
• Priority I seats are $25 per session, Priority II seats are $16 and bleacher seats are $14 for adults and $7 for kids 12 and under. Student tickets are $5 per session. • Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The Wildcats have won 28 of their last 30 games, dating back to Jan. 3, 2008.
• Davidson is on a current 19-game winning streak in Belk Arena. The 'Cats last loss in the building was against Appalachian State Jan. 20, 2007.
• The 'Cats have not lost a non-conference game in Belk Arena since a 73-63 setback against Seton Hall Dec. 29, 2004.
• Davidson is coming off a 97-70 victory over Winthrop last Friday.
• The Wildcats are in the midst of a season-opening stretch in which they play six games in 12 days.
• Davidson got its first Preseason NIT?victory with a 99-64 decision over James Madison Nov. 17 at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla. The 'Cats are 1-1 in this year's tourney.
• It's Davidson's first appearance in the tournament since 2003-04. The 'Cats fell 89-58 at Texas Tech that season.
• The Wildcats also played in the tournament in 1999 and lost 89-79 to Siena.

• The Wildcats and Owls have never met on the hardwood.
Series History vs. Loyola (Md.)
• This is the third meeting between Loyola (Md.) and Davidson and the first since Feb. 29, 1952, when the Wildcats posted a 73-65 victory in Baltimore.
• The first game of the series was Dec. 21, 1950, in Baltimore, and Davidson won 65-63.
The Generosity Continues
• Students usually gain free admission to Davidson basketball games, but because the next two contests are NIT contests, there is a $5 charge for students.
• However, Davidson students will still get in free as the men's basketball office has offered to pick up the tab.
• Davidson made headlines during last year's NCAA?Tournament when the school's Trustees offered to pay for travel, lodging and tickets for any student who wanted to attend the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games in Detroit.
Claw Marks
• Stephen Curry has now scored 25 or more points in his last eight games, dating back to last season, and is averaging 33 during the stretch (264 points).
• Curry has scored in double figures in 68 straight games. He's hit the 20-point mark in 51 games, the 30-point mark in 18 outings and the 40-point plateau three times.
• Curry has hit a 3-pointer in all 74 games he has played in at Davidson.
• Andrew Lovedale and Curry each posted their fourth career double-doubles against Winthrop.
• Davidson has placed five scorers in double figures twice this season (Winthrop and James Madison).
• Davidson set a school record with 25 steals against Guilford Nov. 14. Curry and Max Paulhus Gosselin combined for 17.
• The Wildcats have sold out Belk Arena in three straight games, dating back to last season.
