2010: Appeared in 39 games and made 38 starts at first base for the Wildcats as a junior ... missed the final 12 games due to injury ... finished the season leading the team with a .368 average (53-for-144), the seventh-best average in the SoCon, to go along with 11 doubles, two triples, six home runs and 35 RBI ... also led the team with a .597 slugging percentage and .466 on-base percentage, ranking 11th and seventh in the SoCon, respectively ... team-high 326 putouts ... went 6-for-8 in stolen bases ... named to the preseason All-SoCon team ... named Davidson's recipient of the Coleman Lew Award ... had 17 mulit-hit and nine multi-RBI games ... tied a school record with three doubles, batting 3-for-5 with four runs scored against NC Central April 17 ... drove in a season-high four RBI against Wofford March 13, batting 3-for-5 with two home runs and three runs scored ... batted .500 (8-for-16) with two doubles, a triple and seven RBI against Mount St. Mary's and Presbyterian Feb. 26-28 ... also had three hits against Georgetown Feb. 21 (3-for-5, RBI), Furman March 19 (3-for-5, RBI) and at The Citadel April 23 (3-for-4, RBI).

2009:
Named to the All-Southern Conference Second Team as the designated hitter, after appearing in 43 games (42 starts) and batting .323 with 14 doubles, six home runs and 37 RBI ... went 4-for-6 with a pair of doubles and a team, season-high five RBI against Wofford March 22 ...  also drove in five runs against Appalachian State March 28, batting 3-for-4 with two doubles and a home run ... put together an 11-game hitting streak from Feb. 21-March 10 ... posted 11 multi-hit games and drove in multiple runs on eight occasions ... hit a home run in three straight appearances from March 22-28 ... made a season-best 14 putouts against North Carolina March 31.

2008: Named Ping! All-Freshmen Honorable Mention… won the Davidson Rookie of the Year Award… started 49 games, the most of any freshman on the team… his 14 doubles and 33 RBIs led the squad… started 26 contests at first base, 13 at second and 10 as the designated hitter… hit third, fourth or fifth in the lineup in 27 games… had multiple hits in 16 games and multiple RBIs in eight, which tied for the most on the team… his 10-game hitting streak was the second-longest of the season… had two hits and four RBIs vs. Georgetown (2/23)… went 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI vs. College of Charleston (3/23); had six hits in that series… was 3-for-5 with a double and two RBIs vs. Georgia Southern (4/18)… collected five hits and four RBIs in a three-game set at Furman (5/4)… recorded four hits in the series at UNCG.

Prep/ Personal: Lettered three seasons for coach Mike Christensen at Fort Myers High School… Named all-state honorable mention, all-county and first-team all-conference as a senior after hitting .412 with six homers 26 RBIs and 13 doubles… team went 25-3 and won the district championship… earned all-conference and all-county accolades as a junior ... the son of Michael and Felice Weiss… Has a younger brother, Sam.
