- Davidson will continue its challenging stretch to open the 2025 season Saturday with a 12 p.m. (CT) / 1 p.m. (ET) kickoff at No. 16 Tennessee Tech.
- Saturday's contest will be the first-ever between the Wildcats and Golden Eagles.
- Since joining the Pioneer Football League (2001), Davidson is 1-3 against teams ranked in the FCS Top-25. The lone win came against then-No. 25 San Diego in 2021.
