Three New Personal Bests Highlight Saturday at Charlotte Invitational

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- The Davidson Wildcats finished their weekend at the Charlotte Invitational with three new personal records.
Chris Thompson threw for a personal best in the Javelin, reaching 52.89 meters and placing tenth. This performance moved Thompson to sixth on the list of all time performers for Davidson in the Javelin.
Harry Carter finished sixth in the open 800, running a career best time of 1:54.08. He was immediately followed by Ryan Harris, who finished seventh in 1:55.63.
AJ Kurtz set a personal record in the 200 meters with a 22.81 time. He also ran a team best time of 11.03 seconds in the 100 meters.

The Wildcats will be back in action when they take on the first night of the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Conference Championship on Saturday, May 3.
