DAVIDSON, N.C. – Hosting its first meet in over two decades, the Davidson women's team put together an impressive showing, highlighted by four school records, Saturday at the brand-new Lisa and Jeff Case Track & Field Complex.

In the day's first event, Summer Laskey set a new standard in the hammer with a throw of 48.33m, which was good enough for fourth place. The sophomore later topped her previous personal best in the discus with a mark of 38.79m.

Ashley Rangel, who came home third in the shot put (13.07m), also set a new PR in the discus (39.14) to finish just ahead of her teammate in sixth place.

In the 100 Hurdles, Mikayla Wills and Aleia Gisolfi-McCready finished 1-2 out 32 competitors, while setting new program marks of 13.91 and 14.06, respectively. The Wildcat duo came home first and second at last month's A-10 Indoor Championships with Gisolfi-McCready winning the title.

The senior also won the 400m hurdles in 100.90 this afternoon.

Davidson's Stefania Williams continued her impressive freshman campaign with a school-best distance of 5.84m in the long jump.

Hannah Casey (5.63m | 3rd Place) and Koryn Smith (5.08m) also set new career bests in the event.

For the second straight weekend, Jocelyn Millican (2:15.17) captured the 800m title, followed closely by Amelia Monohan (2:16.67 | 3rd Place) and Isabella Darce (2:18.36 | 4th Place).

Elise Boyse also turned in a new personal best in the 1500m (4:40.07) to place runner-up, just ahead of senior Abigail Nasse's time of 4:43.28.

The Wildcats' Riley Dodd put together a solid showing in the high jump with a height of 1.60m to come home fourth out of 17.

Davidson claimed the top three spots in the 3000m, led by senior Anne Berquist's time of 10:09.79. Freshman Abby Smith recorded a season-best 10:12.88 to finish second, while Anna Catherine-Wilson set a new PR of 10:47.63.

In the day's final event, Chris-Ann Nelson, Caroline Gelina, Rebecca Polgar and Millican brought home the 4x400 title in 4:01.49.
