Gisolfi-McCready and Wills Finish 1-2 in 60 Hurdles at A-10 Indoors

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Davidson's Aleia Gisolfi-McCready and Mikayla Wills recorded school-record times while finishing 1-2 in the 60 hurdles to lead the Wildcats on the final day of the Atlantic 10 Indoor Track & Field Championships inside the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
A senior from Lexington, Mass., Gisolfi-McCready, who placed fourth in the event a year ago, finished in 8.50, while her teammate, Wills, was a close second with a time of 8.59.
Gisolfi-McCready also scored in the 500m running a 1:21.11 to come home seventh.
Stefania Williams and Ashley Rangel continued their impressive freshmen campaigns. Williams set a new personal record in the triple jump (11.18m), while Rangel once again broke the school record in the shot put (12.86m) to finish ninth in the event.

Davidson will enjoy a three-week break away from competition before opening its outdoor slate at the 49er Classic March 21-22.
