• For the final time in 2024, the Davidson Wildcats hit their home hardwood to take on the Eastern Michigan Eagles Saturday at 2 p.m. • The 'Cats are a perfect 7-0 on McKillop Court this year.
• Atlantic 10 play tips off on New Year's Eve when the Wildcats head to George Mason for another 2 p.m. contest.
• So far this year, Davidson's big three - Reed Bailey, Connor Kochera and Bobby Durkin - are averaging 18.9, 15.4 and 15.3 points per game, respectively.
• Zach Laput and Roberts Blums have aided the offensive effort, averaging 8.0 and 6.3 points per game, respectively, in the first 12 games of their Davidson careers.
• Davidson's Bobby Durkin currently ranks first in the Atlantic 10 in 3-point percentage (45.5%) and in 3-pointers per game (3.33). Those same metrics also rank 27th and 24th nationally.
ABOUT THE EAGLES
• Eastern Michigan trailed 38-27 through 20 minutes but rallied to upend Wright State, 86-82, last Saturday. Senior Da'Sean Nelson posted his first career double-double by scoring a career-high 27 points and hauling in a career-high 13 rebounds. Senior Jalen Terry scored 21 points with six three-pointers.
• Nelson and Terry combined for 34 second-half points as the Eagles scored 59 second-half points, their most points in a half against a Division I foe since Jan. 30, 2016, at Western Michigan, when EMU scored 62 in the second half.
• Named MAC Player of the Week, Dec. 23, senior Da'Sean Nelson has seven-straight games with at least 10 points for the first time in his career.

• Bobby Durkin scored a career-high 23 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead Davidson past Bethune-Cookman 76-63 in non-conference men's basketball action last Saturday inside John M. Belk Arena.
• Continuing their best start under third-year head coach Matt McKillop, the Wildcats improved to 9-3 overall.
• A sophomore from Darien, Ill., Durkin finished 8-of-15 from the floor, while also grabbing a personal-best 10 rebounds for his first double-double in a Wildcat uniform.

• Davidson guard Roberts Blums was named Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week on Monday, Dec. 16. The weekly honor is the first for Blums and the Wildcats this season.
• In a 2-0 week, Blums averaged 12.5 points, 1.5 assists and one rebound per game, while shooting 47.4 percent from the floor and 43.8 from 3-point range (7-of-16).
• The freshman from Latvia scored a season-best 13 points in the 75-71 win over Charlotte Dec. 10, then scored 12 in last Saturday's 86-51 win over Detroit Mercy. He hit a season-high four treys against the Titans.
FACTS, FIGURES & FINDINGS
• Reed Bailey's 18.9 points per game ranks first in the A-10 and 39th nationally. His 69 made free throws checks in at 15th nationally.
• Connor Kochera (17th) and Bobby Durkin (18th) also sit top-20 among the league's leading scorers.
• Davidson is 7-0 this season when four 'Cats reach double-figures in scoring.
• The 'Cats rank among the nation's best in assist/turnover ratio (29th/1.61).
