DAVIDSON, N.C. -- The Davidson men's basketball team takes it first road trip of the Atlantic 10 season on Saturday, set to tip off against the George Washington Revolutionaries at 2 p.m. in Washington D.C.Coverage will be available on the Davidson Radio Network with Jarod Latch on the call, in addition to ESPN+.

WILDCAT SCRATCHES
• Davidson closed out its non-conference season 10-3 overall, winning their last seven games before the start of the Atlantic 10 season.
• The Wildcats dropped to 0-2 in A-10 play with losses to Dayton (72-59) and Rhode Island (79-74) to start off the new year. Davidson heads to the nation's capital for its first league road trip of the season.
• David Skogman returned for the Wildcats against Rhody after a two-game break, scoring a team-high 20 points and shooting 6-of-9 from the floor.
• Seven of Davidson's games this season have been determined by five points or less. The 'Cats are 4-3 in those games.
ABOUT GEORGE WASHINGTON
• George Washington's James Bishop IV was named the A-10 Player of the Week for the second time this season on Monday in addition to being named one of the five USBWA Oscar Robertson National Players of the Week.
• In the first two A-10 games, Bishop averaged 30.0 ppg on 52.9% shooting (18/34), 54.5% 3-point accuracy (8/14) and an 81.8% showing at the free-throw line (18/22), while adding 5.0 rpg, 4.5 apg, 1.5 bpg and 1.0 spg.
• A year after leading the A-10 in scoring with 76.3 ppg, GW is back on top of the circuit at 83.2 ppg, good enough for 27th in the NCAA.
LAST TIME VS. THE REVS
• George Washington guard James Bishop IV scored a game-high 26 points, including 11 straight down the stretch, to help defeat the Wildcats 75-70 in Belk Arena last season.
• Davidson led much of the way, including 32-26 at the intermission, and built its largest lead to 46-37 with 15:46 to play following a Grant Huffman three-point play. However, the Colonials answered with an 11-2 run to tie it at 48-all with 11:14 left, setting up the close finish.

• Luis Kortright scored a game-high 26 points to lead Rhode Island past Davidson 79-74 in Atlantic 10 men's basketball action Tuesday evening inside John M. Belk Arena.
• Despite the setback, Davidson placed four in double figures, paced by David Skogman's 20 points in his first game back from injury. Frontcourt mate Reed Bailey finished with 19 points, Bobby Durkin scored 14 off the bench and Grant Huffman had 10 to go with 4 rebounds and 5 assists.
SPURTS OF SPADONE
• Sophomore guard Achile Spadone has averaged 5.8 points per game and grabbed 18 rebounds over his last five games while appearing in 16.4 minutes per game.
• Native to Geneva, Switzerland, Spadone has shot 9-of-21 (42.9%) from the floor and 5-of-12 (41.6%) from beyond the arc during that stretch.
• In his young career, Spadone averages 1.8 points per game in 8.3 minutes of action per contest.
BOBBY BUCKETSTM
• Freshman guard Bobby Durkin burst onto the scene after hitting the game-winning triple against Maryland on Nov. 10.
• The rookie leads the 'Cats with 35 made three-pointers, and 2.33 triples per game, good for top-8 in both categories in the Atlantic 10.
• Averaging 10.7 points per game, Durkin has reached double-digits in scoring in 11 games this season while recording a career-high 18 points at Charlotte during the Battle for the Hornets' Nest rivalry game.
TRENDY 'CATS
• Davidson is 7-1 this season when four or more 'Cats score in double figures.
• The Wildcats are 7-0 when Connor Kochera reaches double digits in scoring.
• When Reed Bailey leads Davidson in rebounding, the 'Cats are 4-1.
• Grant Huffman has led the Wildcats in assists in all but one game this season.
• The 'Cats went 6-0 in the month of December, extending their streak to seven-straight, the longest win-streak of head coach Matt McKillop's tenure.
