Wildcats Host Radford Tuesday Night at Wilson

Fresh off a weekend series win over Lehigh, the Davidson baseball team will host Radford Tuesday night.
First pitch is set for 6 p.m. at Wilson Field.
LAST TIME OUT
After dropping the season opener Friday night, the Wildcats bounced back with 10-6 and 9-6 wins on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
Jacob Hinderleider led the way at the plate the opening weekend, with a 1.583 OPS. He was 5-for-10 at the plate, with a triple, home run and 10 total bases. He scored four runs and also drew two walks.
Trevor Candelaria (1.207 OPS) and Michael Carico (1.000 OPS) each had two doubles on the weekend, and Tyler Douglas and John Hosmer led the way with four RBIs apiece.
On the mound, Nolan DeVos, Ryan Feczko and Ryan Kutz combined for 13.1 innings, 14 strikeouts and one earned run allowed, while Bennett Flynn secured two saves.
SCOUTING THE HIGHLANDERS
Radford enters 1-2 after playing in the South Alabama Invitational over the weekend.
The Highlanders defeated Oral Roberts 7-5 Sunday after losses to South Alabama and Tennessee Tech.
Ty Dooley and Paul Moore led Radford with three RBIs on the weekend.
