• Winners of seven straight for the second time this year, Davidson will wrap up its home slate with a 9 p.m. nationally-televised contest against VCU.
• Coming off a 77-66 victory over George Washington, the Wildcats enter 21-6 overall and a half game back of Dayton (13-4 A-10) for first place in the Atlantic 10 standings at 12-4.
• Jack Gibbs, who was named A-10 Player of the Week for the third time this season on Monday, paced Davidson with 22 points and 7 assists, while backcourt mate Brian Sullivan scored 21.
• In addition to four players in double figures against the Colonials, the 'Cats drilled 14-of-28 3-pointers.
• Davidson is averaging 11.8 3-pointers per game and shooting 45.3 percent from behind the arc at home this season.
• The Wildcats have hit the 20-win plateau under head coach Bob McKillop 13 times, including 9 of the last 11 seasons.
• Seven different players have hit the 20-point plateau this season for the Wildcats.

• The teams split their previous two meetings, with VCU claiming the last, 71-65, Jan. 7, 2015 in Richmond.
