• Coming off a 73-69 setback to cross-county rival Charlotte Wednesday, the Wildcats enter the 97th all-time meeting 4-4 overall and 1-0 in conference play.
• De'Mon Brooks, the SoCon's Player of the Month for November, continues to lead Davidson in scoring, averaging 16.3 points per game.
• As a team, the Wildcats are shooting 78.0 percent (131-168) from the free-throw line, which ranks tied for ninth nationally.
• Davidson is also ranked among the nation's best in 3-pointers per game (8.3/T-29th), 3-pointers made (66/T-32nd) and 3-point field-goal percentage (.407/T-18th).
• The Wildcats, who have posted 11 straight winning seasons, were tabbed Southern Conference preseason favorites in both the media and coaches poll.

Player of the Month
• De'Mon Brooks of the Davidson men's basketball team has been named the Southern Conference Player of the Month for November, as announced by the league office Wednesday.
• For the month, Brooks averaged 17.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game as the Wildcats went 3-3 against a challenging non-conference schedule that included the likes of New Mexico, Vanderbilt, West Virginia and No. 17 Gonzaga.
• In addition to six double-figure outings, Brooks made 88.9 percent (32-36) of his attempts at the charity stripe, while leading the club in field-goal percentage and steals.
