Layup Line
• For the fourth consecutive season, Davidson opens conference play on the road as the Wildcats travel to Chattanooga for a 7:30 p.m. contest Saturday.
• The Wildcats enter the 56th all-time meeting with the Mocs 3-3 on the season following their runner-up finish at the 2012 Old Spice Classic.
• Davidson recorded wins over Vanderbilt and West Virginia before falling to No. 17 Gonzaga in the championship on Sunday.
• Davidson's current stretch of six games in between home contests is its longest during the regular season since the 1999-2000 campaign when the Wildcats played seven straight away from Belk Arena.
• Davidson has won nine of its last 10 Southern Conference openers.
