• Davidson returns to action in a Southern Conference game at the College of Charleston in Carolina First Arena.
• The Wildcats were just in Charleston two weeks ago for the Charleston Classic at Carolina First Arena. The 'Cats went 0-3 in the tourney, losing to South Florida, La Salle and Penn State.
• The Wildcats own a 1-3 all-time record at Carolina First Arena with the lone win coming against College of Charleston Dec. 29, 2008.
• The game is part of a three-game road swing for the 'Cats, which finishes with a matchup against No. 17/16 Gonzaga in the Battle in Seattle.
• The contest is also part of a stretch in which the Wildcats play five of their next six on the road.
• Davidson is coming off its first road victory of the season, a 74-63 SoCon win at The Citadel Thursday night.
• The Cougars also opened league play Thursday evening and posted a 68-59 win over Georgia Southern.
• Charleston returns eight lettermen and two starters from last season's 20-win squad that advanced to the final game of the SoCon Tournament, defeating Davidson 59-52 in the semifinals.
• The Cougars were picked to win the South Division of the SoCon in both the coaches and media preseason polls.
• Preseason Player of the Year Andrew Goudelock leads CofC in scoring with 18 points a game, and Jeremy Simmons is averaging 14.3 points and 9.5 rebounds a game.
Series History
• Davidson leads the all-time series, which dates back to the 1926-27 season, 47-11, but the Cougars have won the last two, both of which came last season.
• The Cougars defeated the 'Cats 77-75 in Davidson Feb. 7, to end the Wildcats 43-game SoCon win streak.
• CofC also topped Davidson 59-52 in the semifinals of the Southern Conference Tournament.
• Tony White Jr. scored 17 points to lead the Cougars, and Donavan Monroe netted 13. Andrew Goudelock had 12, while Dustin Scott had a game-high 17 rebounds.
• Stephen Curry led the Wildcats with 20 points, and Ben Allison scored 12. Will Archambault had a team-high 10 boards.
• The Wildcats shot 31.6 percent in the game and 28.6 percent in the second half.

• The point totals for Cohen and Kuhlman were career highs as both freshmen made their first career start.
• McKillop's assist total was a career high.
• Davidson has won seven straight in McAlister Field House and 30 consecutive road SoCon games.
• Davidson has won 49 of its last 51 league regular season games.

• Davidson's bench has outscored its opponent in every game this season.
• As of Dec. 4, the combined record of the teams Davidson has lost to this season is 26-8.
• With 111 career games played, Steve Rossiter and Bryant Barr are both 19 games away from the school record, set by Andrew Lovedale 2005-09.
• The Wildcats played their first four games away from home. It's the first time they have started a season with four road games since 2000-01. Davidson opened the season with three contests at the Top of the World Classic in Fairbanks, Alaska, before traveling to Georgia Tech that season.
• It's the latest Davidson has opened its home schedule since the 2002-03 campaign, when the 'Cats' first home game was Nov. 30 against Washington & Lee.

• Senior Will Archambault is closing in on becoming the 38th Davidson player to score 1,000 points in his career.
