Layup Line
• The Wildcats continue a four-game homestand by hosting Atlantic-10 foe UMass in Davidson's final non-conference game of the regular season.
• The four-game stretch, which began Dec. 28 against Penn, is the longest homestand of the season for the Wildcats.
• The 'Cats are coming off a stretch in which they played five of six away from home, and Davidson went 3-3.
• Davidson plays 10 of its final 17 regular-season games at home.
• Davidson is coming off a 79-50 victory over Penn Monday.
• The Wildcats have won three of their last four contests.
• UMass has won two of its last three but is coming off a 79-67 road loss to Boston College Dec. 23. The Minutemen are searching for their first road victory.

Series History
• The all-time series, which began in 1982, is tied 3-3.
• The Wildcats have won two of the last three, including a 66-63 decision in Belk Arena in the last meeting.
• Ian Johnson led the Wildcats in that contest with 20 points and nine rebounds, and Matt McKillop posted 11 points and three assists.
• Brendan Winters added nine points and six rebounds.
• Maurice Maxwell led the Minutemen with 13 points, and Stephane Lasme posted 10 points and 11 rebounds.
• UMass shot 45 percent from the floor but committed 18 turnovers, and the 'Cats hit 18 of 22 free throws.

Archambault Nearing 1,000 Points
• Senior Will Archambault is closing in on becoming the 38th Davidson player to score 1,000 points in his career.
• He needs 122 points to reach the mark.
• Archambault also needs 139 rebounds for 500 career caroms.
Tough Slate
• According to the 2010 Pomeroy College Basketball Rankings, Davidson has played the 11th-toughest schedule in the country.
• As of Dec. 28, the non-conference opponents that have defeated the Wildcats have a combined record of 60-20, and all seven have a winning record.
