Layup Line
• The Wildcats return to conference action on the road at The Citadel. It's Davidson's second trip to Charleston in the last 13 days. The Wildcats defeated College of Charleston 79-75 Dec. 29.
• The Wildcats are in the midst of a stretch where they play six of eight games on the road.
• Davidson is also in the middle of a run where it plays four games in a week and five games in 10 days.
• Davidson has won 33 straight Southern Conference regular-season games and 40 of its last 41 dating back to Feb. 25, 2006. The league record is 44 by West Virginia from 1956-60.
• Davidson has won eight of its last 10 contests, but is coming off a 79-67 setback at No. 2 Duke Wednesday.
• The Wildcats are 1-2 in road games and 3-3 away from home.
• Junior guard Stephen Curry has moved past Fred Hetzel into second on the school's all-time scoring list. He needs 444 points to pass John Gerdy and become Davidson's all-time leading scorer.
• The Citadel owns a 2-1 SoCon record with victories over UNCG and Georgia Southern and a loss at Elon.
• The Bulldogs are coming off a an 84-75 victory over Georgia Southern Thursday.
• The Citadel has won its last two home games and is 4-2 at home this season.

Series History
• Davidson owns an 88-43 edge in the series and has won the last 13.
• The series began with a 39-37 Citadel victory in the 1926-27 season. The Bulldogs won the first six games of the series.
Stephen Curry scored 28 points to lead the Wildcats to an 87-70 victory over the Bulldogs in the last meeting.
Andrew Lovedale collected 13 points and seven boards, and Thomas Sander scored 12.
• Austin Dahn scored 19 to lead The Citadel, while Cameron Wells and Jon Brick each had 13.
• Both teams shot over 50 percent in the game, and Davidson shot 63 percent in the first half.

Claw Marks
• Davidson has held its opponents under 40 percent shooting from the field in seven of its last 10 games.
Stephen Curry has hit the 20-point mark in 58 career games, the 30-point mark in 21 outings and the 40-point plateau five times. He owns the school record for career games with 40 or more and trails all-time leading scorer John Gerdy in games with 30 or more (24).
• Davidson set a school record with 25 steals against Guilford Nov. 14. Curry and Max Paulhus Gosselin combined for 17.
• The 'Cats' victory over NC?State Dec. 6 was their first against an ACC?school since defeating North Carolina 58-54 in Chapel Hill Nov. 20, 2001.
• Davidson is now 1-2 all-time in Time Warner Cable Arena with the losses coming to North Carolina and Duke last season and a win against NC?State this season.

Curry, McKillop Reach Milestones
• Davidson's 76-55 victory over Samford in Belk Arena Jan. 3, proved to be a memorable one for Stephen Curry and Bob McKillop.
• Curry tallied 21 points to go over 2,000 for his career, and McKillop collected his 350th victory.
• Curry entered the game needing 10 points to reach the mark, and got it on a 3-pointer from the top of the key with 3:36 left in the opening stanza. He is the third player in Davidson history to score 2,000 points, joining John Gerdy and Fred Hetzel, and the second-fastest to the mark behind Hetzel.
• McKillop, in his 20th season at Davidson, is the school's and the SoCon's all-time winningest coach.

The Bob McKillop Show
• The Bob McKillop Show, featuring the 20-year veteran bench boss of the Davidson basketball team, will begin Jan. 11, and air weekly on four stations covering the Charlotte, Raleigh and Greensboro areas.
• The 30-minute show, produced by the Urban Sports & Entertainment Group, will air Sundays at 10 a.m. on WJZY in Charlotte. It will air Fridays at 4 p.m. on Comcast Sports Southeast (check local listings) and at days and times to be determined on WRAL in Raleigh and WGSR in Greensboro.
• Host Stan Lewter will talk Davidson basketball with McKillop, and the show will contain game highlights and feature stories on Wildcat players.
