Layup Line
• After a 10-day break, Davidson returns to action by hosting NC State at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte.
• The Wildcats have won their last three games, all of which came in Belk Arena. Davidson is off to its best start since the 'Cats went 6-1 to open the 2002-03 campaign.
• Before the 10-day break, Davidson played its first six games of the season in 12 days.
• Four of those came in the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off, where Davidson posted a 3-1 record. The three wins are the 'Cats first in the tourney (3 appearances).
• The Wildcats have won 30 of their last 32 games, dating back to Jan. 3, 2008, and are coming off a 78-48 victory over Loyola (Md.) last Tuesday.
• Davidson is 0-2 all-time in Time Warner Cable Arena with the losses coming to North Carolina and Duke last season.
• NC State is coming off a 79-52 home win over UNC Greensboro last Sunday.
• The Wolfpack is 1-0 on the road.
• NC State and Davidson share one common opponent thus far this season. Davidson defeated Winthrop 97-70 Nov. 21, while NC State posted a 74-48 victory over the Eagles Nov. 25.

Series History
• NC State leads the all-time series, which began in 1915-16, 68-13, and have won the last two.
• The Wildcats own a 4-12 record against the Wolfpack at home.
• NC State posted a 66-65 victory in the RBC Center last season. Following the loss, Davidson went on a 25-game win streak before losing to Kansas in the NCAA?Tournament.
Stephen Curry had 29 points to lead Davidson, including seven 3-pointers.
• After Gavin Grant hit a pair of free throws give the Wolfpack a one-point lead, Curry's 40-footer rimmed out as the buzzer sounded.
Jason Richards tallied 14 points and six assists.
• Grant led the Wolfpack with 15 points, and Brandon Costner scored 13. J.J. Hickson added 10 points and seven rebounds, and Ben McCauley scored 11.
• NC State held a 40-25 edge on the glass.

• Head coach Bob McKillop is five wins away from 350 for his career.
Andrew Lovedale has posted a double-double in three straight games.
Stephen Curry has hit the 20-point mark in 52 games, the 30-point mark in 19 outings and the 40-point plateau three times.
Andrew Lovedale and Curry each posted their fourth career double-doubles against Winthrop Nov. 21.
• Davidson has placed five scorers in double figures twice this season (Winthrop and James Madison).
• Davidson set a school record with 25 steals against Guilford Nov. 14. Curry and Max Paulhus Gosselin combined for 17.

SoCon Player of the Month
Stephen Curry has been named the Southern Conference Player of the Month for November.
• The junior averaged 29.2 points, seven assists and three steals in leading Davidson to a 5-1 record.
• He earned SoCon Player of the Week honors in the first two weeks of the season.
• Curry has been named Player of the Month nine times in his career, including all five months last season.
• He's been named Player of the Week 10 times.
