• Winthrop pays its first visit to Belk Arena since 1992, when the Eagles and Wildcats meet Friday at 7 p.m.
• The Wildcats have won 27 of their last 29 games, dating back to Jan. 3, 2008.
• Davidson is on a current 17-game winning streak in Belk Arena. The 'Cats last loss in the building was against Appalachian State Jan. 20, 2007.

NIT Season Tip-Off Comes to Belk
• Davidson's John M. Belk Arena will serve as a consolation round site for the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off. Davidson will host doubleheader sessions Monday, Nov. 24, and Tuesday, Nov. 25.
• Because this is an NIT event, Davidson season tickets and parking passes are NOT valid. Tickets are sold separately for each session, which includes both games for that day, and can be purchased online. Priority I seats are $25 per session, Priority II seats are $16 and bleacher seats are $14 for adults and $7 for kids 12 and under. Student tickets are $5 per session. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Monday's session features James Madison against Loyola (Md.) at 5:45 p.m. with the Wildcats hosting Florida Atlantic in the nightcap at 8 p.m. James Madison will face Florida Atlantic at 5:45 p.m. in the first game of Tuesday's session, and Davidson will play host to Loyola (Md.) at 8 p.m.
• Davidson got its first Preseason NIT?victory with a 99-64 decision over James Madison Monday at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla., last Monday. The 'Cats are 1-1 in this year's tourney.
• It's Davidson's first appearance in the tournament since 2003-04. The 'Cats fell 89-58 at Texas Tech that season.
• The Wildcats also played in the tournament in 1999 and lost 89-79 to Siena.
Series History
• The series, which dates back to to 1990, when the Wildcats were members of the Big South, is knotted 4-4.
• Davidson has won the last two games, including a 60-47 decision in the BracketBusters match-up last season at the Winthrop Coliseum.
• Four of the eight games in the series have been decided by two points or less with Winthrop winning all four.
• Jason Richards led the Wildcats with 21 points and five assists in the last meeting.
• Stephen Curry collected 12 points and eight rebounds after shooting 4-of-14 from the field.
• Andrew Lovedale tallied nine points and 10 boards for the 'Cats, while Chris Gaynor led Winthrop with 16 points, and Taj McCullough posted 15 points and 10 boards.
Last Time Out
• Stephen Curry scored a career-high 44 points, but No. 21 Davidson fell 82-78 at No. 12 Oklahoma Tuesday night in the second round of the Dick's Sporting Goods NIT Season Tip-Off.
• Curry was 12-of-29 from the field, 6-of-15 from 3-point range and 14-for-14 from the free-throw line. Andrew Lovedale added 10 points for the Wildcats.
• Blake Griffin led the Sooners with 25 points and a career-high 21 rebounds, while Willie Warren scored 20 points, and Taylor Griffin added 16.
• The Wildcats trailed by 21 with 13 minutes to go and by 15 with 5:36 left, but a 13-4 run, capped by a Brendan McKillop 3-pointer from the corner, cut the margin to 79-73 with 1:41 remaining.
• The 'Cats got a stop on Oklahoma's next trip down the floor, and Curry's 3-pointer made it a one-possession game. Tony Crocker missed a 3-pointer from the corner, but Blake Griffin grabbed his 21st rebound of the night, forcing Davidson to foul with 23 seconds to play.

• Stephen Curry has now scored 25 or more points in his last seven games, dating back to last season, and is averaging 33.4 during the stretch (234 points).
• Curry has scored in double figures in 67 straight games. He's hit the 20-point mark in 50 games, the 30-point mark in 17 outings and the 40-point plateau three times.
• Curry has hit a 3-pointer in all 73 games he has played in at Davidson.
• Andrew Lovedale posted his third career double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds vs. James Madison. The senior has scored in double figures in all three games this season.

SoCon Player of the Week
• Stephen Curry was named the Southern Conference Player of the Week Nov. 18, for his performance in the first two games of the season.
• It's the ninth time the junior has earned the honor, which is voted on by the league's sports information directors.
• The junior averaged 31 points, 9.5 assists and 6.5 steals in two games for the week while shooting 59 percent from the field and 46.7 percent from 3-point range.
• He fell a steal shy of the second triple-double in Davidson history against Guilford last Friday after collecting 29 points, 10 assists and nine steals.
• Curry tallied 33 points, nine assists and four steals against James Madison.
