ELON, N.C. - Alex Thole finished third overall in the first cross country meet of the season on Friday night with a time of 19:18.90 in the 6K. Davidson was fourth overall as a team out of 14 schools.
Eric Robinson made his collegiate debut. The freshman ran 19:27.20 and was eighth overall.
Tonight's race was delayed for over 45 minutes due to severe weather in the area. The men's race did not start until approximately 9:30 p.m.
