
'Cats Set School Record in 4x100 Relay, Finish Up 49er Classic

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - AJ Kurtz, Jackson Steffen, William "Carter" Calliott, and Sineth Andrabadu set a new program record in the 4x100m relay on Saturday at the 49er Classic. The group ran 40.98 and finished third overall.
The previous school record in the men's 4x100m relay was 41.82 back at the 2018 Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (Miles Hollimon, Jacob Hostetler, George Williams, William Wicks).
Sineth Andrabadu ran 21.58 in the 200m in his first college outdoor meet and became the second-fastest Wildcat in this event. Jacob Hostetler is the only person in program history who holds fastest times in the 200m outdoors. Andrabadu's 200m time from today is also the fourth-fastest mark in program history.

The Wildcats are set to participate in the Raleigh Relays next weekend and also host the Davidson Relays on Saturday, March 28.
