Wildcats Set to Tee off Spring Slate Monday in Mobile

DAVIDSON, N.C. – Davidson will open its spring campaign Monday at the Hal Williams Collegiate hosted by the University of South Alabama.
The annual two-day / 54-hole event will be played at Magnolia Grove.
In addition to the host and Wildcats, the 13-team field will include Oral Roberts, Kent State, Southern Mississippi, Texas State, Southern Methodist, Kansas State, Seton Hall, Louisiana Tech, Alabama at Birmingham, Memphis and Southern Illinois.
Ranked 132nd nationally, Will Davis led the 'Cats in the fall with a 70.3 stroke average, highlighted by three Top-3 finishes. He will be joined in the lineup by Joshua Stewart (71.2), Clayton Couey (75.0), Will Tharin (81.7) and Nate Faulkner (76.9), while Davis Sayman (75.6) will compete as an individual.
Davidson finished its four-tournament fall slate with its ninth team win since the 2021 spring and a 289.5 team stroke average.
