HAMPTON, Va. — Dylan Felt set his second Atlantic 10 record of the week and wrapped up Co-Most Outstanding Performer honors on Saturday, the final day of the 2024 A-10 Championships at the Hampton Aquaplex.

The league's top honor is the second for the sophomore from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and he's sharing this one with George Washington's Connor Rodgers, who also had a record-breaking week.

Felt, who set the league's 500 free record on Thursday, trimmed more than 13 seconds off the 1650 free standard (which he already owned) on Saturday, and took it under the 15-minute mark to 14:55.89. In the process, he also improved on his 1,000 free school record (9:04.94) as well.

He exited the A-10 meet with gold medals in the 500 free and 1,650 free, silver in the 200 free and bronze with the 800 free relay. He earned three NCAA 'B' cuts and now has his name on nine school records, including individual marks in the 100, 200, 500, 1,000 and 1,650 frees.

Also Saturday, Felt joined Ben McClain, Mitch McClain and Guil Ware on the 400 free relay team that took sixth and set a Davidson record (2:57.23).

Davidson secured one other medal Saturday, as diver Annica Valmassei took silver in the 3-meter event. Valmassei, who took also silver in the 1M Thursday, posted a score of 297.45, while teammate Elle Jacobsen followed closely in fourth (292.30).

Andrew Schou set the program's 200 breast record during prelims (1:58.73), then took seventh in finals (1:59.10). Henry Logan added seventh-place points in the 1,650 (15:41.33), as did Ware in the 100 free (44.59).

Fletcher Smith and Ben McClain went 7-8 in the 200 fly with times of 1:49.18 and 1:51.16, respectively, and Liam McDonough placed eighth in the 200 back (1:49.27).

Zain Butt swam a program-best 50.08 in the 100 IM time trial.

Sylvia Stewart-Bates placed fifth in the 1,650 free (16:44.60), and Anna Newman was sixth in the 200 breast (2:15.65).

The 400 free relay team of Martha Tripsa, Addy Donaldson, Leah Sandock and Chale Jacks took seventh (3:23.72).

For the third straight year, George Washington had the top team scores in both the men's and women's standings.

The Davidson men totaled 408.5 points and finished fifth among eight teams, while the Wildcat women (303.5) were sixth out of 11 teams.
