Three 'Cats Run at NCAA Southeast Regionals

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Grahm Breiter, Liam Hagerty, and John Cooper competed at the NCAA Southeast Regionals hosted by USC Upsate in Spartanburg, South Carolina on Friday.
Breiter paced the Wildcats as he ran the 10K event in 31:30.9. A California native, Breiter ran a sub-six-minute split at the 2K mark and hit the 8K mark at just over 15 minutes before crossing the finish line shortly after 31 minutes.
Also competing for Davidson were freshmen Liam Hagerty and John Cooper. Hagerty finished the 10K course in 31:53.57 while Cooper crossed the line in 32:58.2.
North Carolina took the team title with just 38 points and Furman's Dylan Schubert won the individual title by recording a time of 28:51.2.
