Kavarana Earns Win in Loss to Elon

ELON, N.C. -- The Davidson men's tennis team dropped its midweek non-conference matchup to Elon University on Wednesday, 6-1.
The Phoenix swept the doubles courts and five out of the six singles games to secure the win.
Davidson senior Sam Kavarana provided the Wildcats their lone point of the day, winning a 6-4, 7-6 battle on court five. With the win, Kavarana is now 5-6 on the year in solo play.
The 'Cats will return to action on Sunday, April 3 to take on the College of Charleston at 1 p.m. on the Davidson Tennis Courts.
