DAVIDSON, N.C. – The Davidson men's basketball team will hold its annual Red/Black Scrimmage Saturday, Oct. 20, at 2 p.m. in John M. Belk Arena. The scrimmage is open to the public, and admission is free.

The team will be introduced prior to the scrimmage, while Head Coach Bob McKillop and the Wildcats will take part in a postgame question and answer session with fans in the lobby after the contest. Free schedule cards and posters will also be available for the autograph session.

Davidson finished the 2011-12 campaign with a 25-8 overall record, marking the fourth time in the last six seasons the Wildcats have posted 25 or more wins. Davidson returns all five starters and the top eight scorers and rebounders from last year's NCAA Tournament squad.

The Wildcats will host Belmont Abbey in an exhibition game Nov. 1 before opening the season Nov. 9 against Emory inside the friendly confines of Belk Arena.

Single-game tickets for the 2012-13 men's and women's basketball seasons are now on sale. Men's single-game tickets are priced as low as $14 for adults and $7 for youth, while women's tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for youth. Season tickets and Five-Game Mini Packs are also still available, starting as low $69 per package.
