Recorded four Top-5 showings in the 3000 Steeplechase, highlighted by a new school-record time of 10:51.52 at the Duke Invitational (4/11-13).
Indoor
Started the season with a personal record in the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season with a 10:10.81 in the 3000 meters… Also recorded a new personal-best (17:54.04) in the 5000 meters at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/9-10).

Outdoor
Earned a first-place finish in the 3,000m at the USC Outdoor Open (4/22) and crossed the finish line in 10:30.07... Finished 12th in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the A-10 Championships (5/6) with a time of 11:35.66... This mark ranks tenth all-time in Davidson history... Ran the 5K at the VertKlasse Meeting (4/1) and finished in a personal-best time of 18:53.10.
Indoor
Finished 9th in the 3,000m at the JDL Early Bird Invitational (12/4) with a time of 10:35.28... Earned a top-20 finish in the 3k at the South Carolina Invitational (2/4).
PREP YEARS: Ran cross country for seven years under Brian McNiece... Was named a team captain... Earned numerous cross country accolades including Third Team All-State and First Team All-Division in 2020, First Team All-State, First-Team All-Class A, First Team All-Division, Third Team All-Nike Regional and Third Team All-Class in 2021...
