Competed in the 1500 meters as a freshman… Set a new career-best at the Charlotte 49er Classic (3/14-15) with a time of 4:51.61.
Indoor
Finished first in the 1000 meters at the Carolina Challenge (1/19-20) with a time of 3:02.63… Also set a new PR in the 800 meters at the 2024 Liberty Open (2/3).
Before Davidson: All-State selection in both cross country and track & field… Recorded multiple podium finishes at the State Track & Field Championships, including first-place in the 1000 meters indoor… Holds five school records and the County record in the 800 meters… Also lettered in girls soccer.
Personal: Born March 1, 2005… Daughter of Joseph and Jennifer Deacon… Has a twin sister, Ellie.
