2010: Played in all 11 games and made first career start at Marist • Collected 12 tackles and a tackle for loss • Had three tackles against Campbell and Dayton • Made two stops against San Diego • Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll.

2009: Played in three contests • Named to PFL Academic Honor Roll.

Prep Years: Three year lettermen for coach Roger Vasey at Kenston High School • Team captain and won Best Lineman Award as a senior; recorded 91 tackles and five sacks • First-team all-county in offense and defense in 2008 • Second team all-county on defense and honorable mention all-conference as a sophomore • First-team all-conference on defense as a junior and second-team all-conference on offense as a senior • Named a top-100 player to watch in Ohio • Also lettered four years in track • National Honor Society and selected to deliver 2009 commencement speech.
