Donte Oliver joined the Davidson College football staff as Assistant Equipment Manager in 2025.
Prior to joining the Wildcats, Oliver served in the same role with the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League (IFL). With the seven-time National Champions, he gained extensive experience managing equipment operations at the professional level, supporting both players and coaches to ensure peak performance on game day.
Oliver views being an equipment manager as more than a profession, it is a calling. He loves the role because it allows him to live out his passion for serving others, and he considers it a privilege that he gets to do so through football, a sport he has always loved.
In addition to football, Oliver will oversee equipment duties for field hockey and women’s lacrosse.
His servant leadership approach brings both excellence and passion to the Wildcats’ program.
